When you contact us by telephone, email or enquiry channels, we may collect the name, organization, contact details and enquiry information you choose to provide. Necessary technical logs may be generated during visits for security, troubleshooting and service improvement.

The enquiry-summary tool uses selections only to generate text on the current page. It does not submit them to the website or write them to browser storage. Copying is initiated by you. Continuing in an email application passes the summary to that application, where you review it and decide whether to send it. The website does not accept online file uploads. Do not send identity documents, full bank account details or unrelated third-party information in an initial enquiry.

2. Use of information

Information is used to respond to enquiries, discuss service requirements, maintain security and meet legal obligations. Without your consent or a legal requirement, we do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.
